I found ImperiumMC and it is an Earth server that uses a default Earth map right now.
It supports Java and Bedrock and it also allows cracked players. The server is still in development and it is supposed to come out soon.
They are looking for more members and also staff volunteers. Season 2 is planned to switch to a custom made map.

You can protect your builds with claims and CoreProtect is used to help protect the server too. Grief is allowed if you did not claim the area so you should claim your stuff.
The Overworld and Nether are meant to stay long term and they will not be reset. There is no set world border or spawn and players spawn randomly within the first 40k blocks. You can also use rtp to go within 50k blocks and then set a home.

It is hard mode and there is no tp and no sethome. There is also no world border so you can keep traveling.

This server has two worlds right next to spawn and they are super different.
One world is for danger. PVP is on and there is no grief protection so anything can happen. The whole point is to gather materials and ores and make farms like sugar cane cactus and pumpkin. You sell what you get to the server shop for money. This world resets once in a while like every 2 months.
The other world is small like 500×500. It is protected with no PVP and you can claim land so it cannot be griefed. Automatic farms are not allowed there and this world does not reset.
