This is a Bedrock realm called Impact SMP that I found and it looks like a chill place to play.
It is a survival world with a free roaming storyline. That means players can just play and kind of make their own story with their friends instead of being forced to follow a strict plot.

EarthPol is a geopolitical Minecraft server on a huge Earth map that is scaled to 1 to 326. The terrain and borders are very accurate so it feels like you are playing on the real world.
The main gameplay is Towny nations diplomacy and war. Players make towns then join or form nations. You can collect taxes run governments and deal with other nations using diplomacy or fight them in wars.
The server has custom plugins made just for EarthPol. There is TradeWar HeadHunters and an EarthPol API plus other systems that help with trading and combat. The economy is based on gold so your money is tied to what you earn from trade and pvp.

Eclipsia SMP is a modded 1.20.1 server that is all about exploring and upgrading in a world filled with magic and dungeons. The whole thing has this cosmic and magical vibe that feels really different from normal vanilla.

CryoMC is a new survival server that feels really chill and relaxed. It runs as a SMP with an economy and it is based around the community. The owner wants friendly players who just want to hang out and play together.

I found this server called Everbloom SMP Network and it has two different ways to play so it feels like you can pick what you like.
The Everbloom Survival side is more intense. The season starts on 13th December and it has full farming and redstone support. You can also use the nether roof. PvP is on and raiding is allowed so you always have to watch your base. There is a 75k world border and only diamond gear is used and there are no maces so it stays pretty balanced.
The Everbloom Casual SMP is for people who just want to chill and build or explore. There is no PvP no griefing and no raiding at all. It has custom terrains and structures but still keeps a vanilla feel. You can build farm and create with other friendly players.
The whole place feels relaxed and wholesome and the community is focused on creativity and cooperation. It is good if you want either a peaceful survival world or a more risky raiding style world in the same network.

This is a straight up anarchy minecraft server.
There are no details about rules so it pretty much feels like anything goes. You join if you want chaos and wild pvp and people doing whatever they want.
