NovaCraft Network is a new Minecraft server that is being built around fair progression and real player feedback. It does not feel pay to win and it looks like the staff actually care about balance.
Right now the main game modes are Skyblock BedWars and Survival. Skyblock is made for both casual players and people who like to compete. The progression is balanced and the economy is based on what players do instead of weird gimmicks.
BedWars has 2v2 and 4v4 maps so it works great for small groups of friends who just want to queue up a few games together.
Survival is on hard difficulty and plays like classic Minecraft. There are no over the top mechanics. It feels like normal survival but on a shared world.
The owners focus on fair progression active development and actually listening to community feedback. They also plan to add Lifesteal and Factions in the future as the network grows.
The server runs on Java 1.21.x and also supports some older versions.

Vaelora is a medieval fantasy roleplay server that feels like a big story you play inside. The world was shattered and now it is surrounded by a strange wall of light and everyone is trying to figure out what really happened.
The server is all about deep lore and roleplay. You explore the land meet different groups and slowly uncover secrets. There are custom quests that start small and then grow into big world changing adventures as you get more involved.
You can take on bosses and run dungeons either by yourself or with a group. There is a unique class system so your character can have special abilities that make you feel different from other players.
There are NPCs with real dialogue and custom enemies so it does not feel like normal Minecraft. Events can change the story so what players do actually matters for the world of Vaelora.
If you want to be a bard a soul weaver a knight or even just a villager trying to rise up this server lets you build your own legend inside its lore.

Anarchy Network is a semi anarchy Minecraft server that tries to feel like pure survival. It launched on October 11th 2024 and is hosted in New York City in the United States.
The server keeps things super close to vanilla. There are almost no rules and barely any extra commands. There are no map resets no teleport commands and no pay to win stuff. Griefing is allowed and PVP is allowed so you are never really safe. The only special command you get is spawn so people far away can still reach other players.
There are a few small changes to make gameplay smoother. The nether roof is allowed phantoms are removed and only about half the players online are needed to skip the night. The world border is set to two million blocks so there is tons of space to explore and build.
The server is online all the time and you can join on almost any Java version from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.11. The owner recommends joining on version 1.21.10 so things work better.
Even though it is semi anarchy there are some limits. Exploits lag machines duping and spamming are not allowed. Harassment and racial slurs in chat are also not allowed. So you can be chaotic but you still have to respect those basic rules.

This is a survival server called SurvivalMC and it feels pretty relaxed and friendly. It is a semi vanilla style server so it keeps the normal Minecraft feeling but uses some plugins and datapacks to make things nicer to play.
The server runs on version 1.21.11 and lets Java and Bedrock players join together. It has been around since July 21st 2020 so it feels like a long term world that people actually stick with. The owners say it is lag free and that is really good for building and grinding.
There is a plugin called Bluemap so you can look at the world from a map in your browser. That makes it easier to explore builds and see what people are making.
The community sounds active and pretty big with a lot of people talking in their Discord. The staff team is very active too and they try to help as much as possible. The server just did a grand reopening after a break so it feels fresh but still has that older server vibe.
If you want semi vanilla survival with some small quality of life stuff and a friendly group of players this server seems like a good pick.

PolityCraft is a Minecraft server where the whole world is based on Earth but smaller. The map is made to feel like real geography so you can sail along real coasts hike across big forests and climb huge mountain ranges. It is built for exploring and picking a place on the planet that feels like your home.
The server uses MineColonies so you can make towns that actually grow over time. You manage citizens and build up ports mountain bases or inland capitals that really fit the shape of the land. Your colony feels like part of a real world instead of just a random spot.
It also uses the Create mod so you can build working machines and industry. You can set up rail lines connect cities and automate how your colony runs. It makes the world feel like it has real working infrastructure not just empty builds.
