Astral Realms is a hardcore SMP where every life actually matters. You only get three lives but there is a way to get revived so you are always sweating a little when you go out.

I found this server called Vanera and it is just pure vanilla survival. It is made for players who want full freedom and long term worlds without all the extra stuff.
There is basically only one rule. You cannot use cheats or hacked clients. Other than that the server lets players do what they want.
You get 100 percent vanilla gameplay with no land claims and no staff getting in the way. There is no pay to win at all. Griefing is allowed so you really have to be careful who you trust.
The world is totally player driven so everything that happens is because of players. Bases rise and fall and the world changes over time because of what people do.
They only use a few plugins for stuff like anti cheat queue and Bedrock support. There are no plugins that change gameplay.
