What is Hunger Bound?

Hunger Bound is a hardcore SMP for those who crave a real test. You start with 1 heart and grow stronger by eating new foods. No easy mode here. Only the toughest will survive.

Core Features

  • Start with 1 heart (2 HP)
  • Gain max health by trying new foods. Each new food gives +1 HP
  • Max out at 42 HP (21 hearts)
  • Die once and reset your progress
  • Die three times and get auto-banned (ban times get longer)
  • Eat the same food three times? Get hit with Hunger, Nausea, or Poison
  • Eat new foods for buffs like Speed, Strength, and Regeneration
  • Track your journey with a custom advancement tree
  • Progress saved per world even after restarts
  • World resets each season for a fresh start

Hardcore Systems

  • Death Ban: Three deaths mean auto-ban. Starts at 6 hours, doubles each time
  • Revival System: Bring back banned pals with a craftable Orb of Revival
  • Death Chest: Your head goes in a chest with your name, hearts at death, last food eaten, and days survived

Brand New: Custom Guild System

  • Create and manage your own guilds
  • Team up for survival or domination
  • Promote, demote, and organize your members
  • Set a guild home and use custom guild chat
  • Form alliances or rivalries with other guilds
  • Guilds have their own bank system and home permissions

Survival, PvP, and Community

  • PvP is always on. Fight or ally, it’s your call
  • Griefing, traps, and stealing are fair game

    I found a chill vanilla survival server that is whitelisted and made for a small community. It feels relaxed and casual and it is meant to be a place to build explore and hang out.

    They keep rules pretty light and they do not want people griefing builds. PvP is allowed though so you can fight if you want to.

    It runs on 1.21.3 and it has a few tiny quality of life plugins. The world border is set to 10k for now and the server is hosted in Germany. All ages can join and they may add new features later if the community wants it.

    Pea SMP Classic Survival No Teleports

    PeaMC is a semi vanilla SMP that tries to feel like classic Minecraft survival. There are no teleports and there are no land claims so you travel the world the normal way and build where you want.

    It is whitelisted so people have to apply which helps keep trolls out. The owner and mods are active in game and in Discord and the community is meant to be chill.

    The server supports crossplay for Java and Bedrock from 1.7x to 1.21.11. You can form teams and invite friends. PvP is allowed but griefing and stealing from bases is not allowed and spawn killing is not allowed.

    There is newbie protection where PvP is off for your first hour unless you disable it. Some destructive PvP stuff is banned like TNT beds respawn anchors end crystals and minecart PvP and maces are banned too. There are a few minor plugins but they are meant to keep the vanilla feel.
