Horizoncraft is a community SMP that feels really friendly and chill. When I joined it felt like everyone already knew each other but they still welcomed new players. People talk a lot and the vibes are pretty relaxed.
The server is mostly vanilla survival. Players build everything in survival and the world feels natural. Sometimes the community votes to use creative mode for a special event or project but that does not happen a lot.
Players do a bunch of different stuff. Some people focus on PvP. Some record videos or stream. Around spawn there is a kind of civilization where people build cool bases and share resources. Other players just go off on their own and live in the wild.
There are player made events and little minigames that keep things interesting. Everyone seems to help each other and it feels like the server wants to grow slowly with kind players instead of trying to be super huge right away.

This is a lifesteal style Minecraft server where PvP actually matters. You gain hearts when you kill other players and you lose hearts when you die. If you lose all your hearts you get banned so every fight is a big deal.
There is a one hour grace period for new players so you do not lose hearts right away. It gives you some time to get gear and learn the server before things get super serious.
The server has simple teleport commands like sethome home tpa and tpaccept so you can move around and play with friends easily. There is a plugin that stops people from using commands in combat and it punishes combat logging by spawning an npc that can still be killed and drops your stuff.
There are protections against crazy speed cheats and against really bad chat spam so things stay somewhat fair. You can spend vote tokens in an in game shop to get custom name colors and custom motds. The server also tracks your playtime kills and deaths and gives rewards when you hit certain milestones.
You can even vote to skip the night by typing goodnight so you are not stuck in the dark if enough players agree.

This is a new lifesteal smp that is trying to build up a small player base.
The server uses lifesteal so every fight actually matters and hearts are really important. There is voice chat so people can talk while they play and it makes teaming and fights feel more intense. They also have a plugin for infinite villager trades so trading is easier and you can grind gear more.
The community feels pretty welcoming and they want more players to join in and hang out. They are aiming for at least around thirteen players or more so the world feels active but not crowded. If you like lifesteal and talking with people while you play this server is worth trying.

WoodeyCraft is a survival server that is all about factions and fighting for land. It is a fresh world where you try to build a base and then protect it from other players.

Luminary Falls is a cozy survival server that is made for adults who really like Minecraft. It runs Minecraft 1.21.10 and it is survival with a mostly vanilla feel but it also has some quality of life plugins and datapacks to make things smoother.
