This is a vanilla style SMP that feels like a Hermitcraft world with a small but busy community.
The server is focused on survival and building and it runs on the latest version of Minecraft. There is a diamond based economy with a shopping district and you can build your own shop whenever you want. There is also a nether roof hub so travel around the world is really fast.
It has some simple quality of life stuff like proximity voice chat invisible item frames custom music discs custom images and poseable armor stands. There are no limits on redstone machines or huge projects so it is good if you like farms and big bases.
The community is pretty active during the day and the discord has a lot of players. The server is run by talking with the community first so changes and new features are decided together. The goal is to give you the freedom of singleplayer while still playing and hanging out with other people.

The Garden SMP is a Java 1.21.11 survival multiplayer server that is built around worldbuilding adventure and roleplay.
Everyone starts with 3 lives and the only way to lose them is through PvP. When you run out you become a ghost and you are past the veil. Players can bring someone back using a craftable revival book.
Some vanilla stuff is turned off to fit the roleplay like elytra and ender chests. It pushes people to build roads and ports and actually meet each other.
I also saw chest locking with trial keys plus lockpicks for breaking in. There are chest shops alcohol brewing pet taming for basically any mob and a bunch of QoL features.
When you join you wake up in the clouds then you jump down the Monolith to start. You can pick a race for your character then you wake on the docks of Isla De Viva Eterna and sail out to the mainlands to claim land or live in a town.
