HermitLike Season Two is a chill survival server inspired by HermitCraft. It just started recently and it already has an active group of players who want more friends to join for the new season.
It runs on 1.21.11 and it supports crossplay so Java and Bedrock players can be in the same world even on console and Switch.
The server keeps things mostly vanilla with only a few quality of life and moderation plugins. There are no teleports no warps and no big town style systems. It is also no pay to win with no voting and no crates.
The vibe is friendly and peaceful with no PVP plus no stealing and no griefing. There is a spawn village people started that you can join and there is also a live map so you can see builds. Toms3 is a cracked anarchy server that feels inspired by the big chaotic servers. It was around years ago and it shut down. Now it is back with a brand new world.
It is basically do whatever you want. No admins. No rules. No bans. No shadowbans. If you join you should expect griefing and fighting and lots of chaos. It is not beginner friendly.
The server aims for near vanilla with only small changes. There is a separate authentication server. There is no tpa and no home commands so you have to travel the hard way.
Cheat clients are allowed but it still has a strict anti cheat like 2b2t. Some movement exploits like Flight ElytraFly and Timer are disabled. The world started February 3rd this year and people already progressed a lot.

WhimsyWillow is a small community focused Minecraft server running Season 3 and this time it is modded. The mods were picked by the community and the server is always looking for more ideas and more people to keep things active.
There is a ton to explore with over 100 biomes using Biomes O Plenty and Terratonic plus lots of structures out in the world. It also has the Create mod so players can build machines and make big projects as long as it stays reasonable.
The server has a Bluemap world map so you can see the world and plan builds. Progression is boosted with more ores plus new tools and weapons.
Spawn is kept nice and there is a shop district with custom player shops that can sell whatever they want. Suggestions are welcomed and the server tries to run events every so often.
