Harvest SMP is a semi vanilla survival world that feels a lot like Hermitcraft. It has a small set of quality of life datapacks and only a few optional mods so it still feels close to normal Minecraft.
The server is on Season 5 right now and the world is still pretty fresh. The admins want everyone to feel like they can catch up so The End is blocked off for a while. That way new players do not feel super behind on progress.
Most players here are adults and the age range is pretty wide. People like all kinds of play styles. Some are chill builders and some are more technical. The community seems friendly and the admin team tries to keep a good relationship with players.
There are usually shared areas like a shopping district a minigame district and a casino district. They like to run events for minigames and building contests to make spawn look nicer and to just hang out together.
The datapacks add things like AFK display armor stand posing cauldron concrete fast leaf decay better shulker and dragon drops mini blocks multiplayer sleep thunderstorm channeling and tracking statistics. There are also some small crafting tweaks.
The mods include a world map with Bluemap custom heads you can buy with gold simple voice chat and a status mod that lets content creators show when they are recording or streaming. It is a server that wants to be fun long term and focused on community.
