Harvest SMP is a semi vanilla survival server that feels a lot like Hermitcraft. It uses simple quality of life datapacks and very few mods so the game still feels like normal Minecraft.
The server is at the very start of Harvest Season 5. The admins want the world to last a long time and they are blocking off The End for a while so new players do not feel super behind. This makes progression slower and gives everyone time to build up together.
The community is made of mature players and they accept all kinds of build styles and experience levels. People on here like to hang out and work on shared areas like a shopping district plus a minigame district and a casino district. There are events for minigames and building contests to make spawn look cool.
There are lots of small datapack tweaks like afk display armor stand posing fast leaf decay double shulker shells dragon dropping elytra and egg miniblocks multiplayer sleep and a few others to make life easier but not crazy. There are also simple mods like a world map viewer a custom heads shop a status mod for content creators and simple voice chat.
The goal of Harvest SMP is to have a strong bond between players and admins and make the server fun for everyone who joins.

Aincraft is a semi vanilla survival server that feels like a big long term project. It is focused on PvE and an economy style world so you build up over time instead of just rushing fights.
The cool thing is that most of the plugins are custom made for this server. There are guilds and multi block structures like banks. There are levels and a research tree where you use resources to unlock permanent perks for everyone in your guild. Some perks are building tools or an AI powered way to find items.
Claims are based on regions so you can split up vertical space in big builds like hotels and rent out fully 3D areas. Permissions and roles are more detailed so your group can run real nations. There are jobs plus boosts and upgrade trees that give extra experience money or other special perks.
You can gather with pets and different pets fit different jobs. As you progress you unlock more systems like a spellcasting language where you can design spells if you want to be a wizard. There is anvil crafting and something called ensorcellation so you add only the enchantments you actually want.
There are over 300 types of custom fish plus gems and custom enchants. You socket gems into matching colors to power up your gear. The server is in alpha and they are still building new features so players can try things and help with suggestions.

This is a pretty new Minecraft server that is trying to stay as close to real vanilla as possible. When you join you appear in a small safe zone. You get invis and regen and some starter items so you can escape spawn and head out into the wild.
The server is hardcore mode so if you die you get banned for a while. It is not just a quick respawn. You actually have to be careful and think before you fight or jump into caves. There is no tpa or home and there are no ranks or pay to win stuff. It is just plain survival with real risk.

SurviveWithUs is a semi vanilla survival server that feels like an old school community world and not a giant pay to win network. It keeps the normal Minecraft vibe but adds custom quality of life features that make things smoother without turning the game into something totally different.
