I found a new survival server that is trying to feel slower and harder than normal vanilla. It is built to push players to work together if they want to stay alive.
You do not get natural health regen so food will not magically heal you. You have to use healing items. Debug info is reduced too so you will not have easy coordinates.
The world has a small border and custom terrain so it feels less familiar. Structures are more rare. Mobs are also harder since they can spawn with stronger armor and enchants.
It is whitelisted and you have to apply to get in.
