Teleporting is very limited on purpose. You get a one time randomtp to go far away into fresh terrain and you can invite others when you use it. After that you have home to go back to your bed and spawn to return to the main spawn area. There are no other tp commands so you still have to travel.
The server is fully non pay to win. There is only one rank called VIP and it only gives cosmetic perks so it does not give any gameplay advantage. The store also has a revive which is like starting over on a new account. It lets you play again after you die without needing to buy another Minecraft account.
