This is a hardcore style server where you only get 5 lives.
Once people join they start forming gangs and groups pretty fast. Everyone is trying to stay alive and not waste their lives so it feels tense but also really fun.
The community is small so everyone kind of knows each other. That makes it feel more personal and it is easy to remember people. A lot of the fun comes from the players and the drama between groups.
From what I can see the server is very entertaining and focused on survival with the 5 lives rule. If you like hardcore and tight communities this server is made for that.

This server is called All Outta Blocks SMP and it feels like a big friend group that plays Minecraft together.
It is a Java only survival server and it is whitelisted and 18 plus so everyone is an adult. The community is pretty active with people on through the day and a lot more who pop in and out.
The world is set up kind of like Hermitcraft. There is a diamond based economy and a shopping district where players make stores. There are also public builds and big projects that people can join.
Most players use proximity voice chat so you can actually talk when you get close to someone in game. There are homes and player warps and some cosmetic and quality of life plugins. New plugins get added based on community requests and polls.
The server tries to keep the vanilla feel that people know but still lets the community grow and add new stuff if they want. They always want more people to join and they sound very welcoming.

This server is just a random survival smp.
It feels like a place where you join and just see what happens. There is not some huge story or anything. You just hop on and play Minecraft with other people.

This is a Minecraft SMP that is really focused on being chill and welcoming. A lot of the players are LGBTQ+ and they care a lot about making sure everyone feels included. You have to be 18 or older and act mature and be respectful to fit in here.
The server is basically vanilla but with some small quality of life stuff like proximity chat and other helpful plugins. It is trust based and you are expected to not be toxic or ruin things for other people.
There is a diamond economy and a shopping district kind of like HermitCraft where players build shops. There are also resource worlds that get reset about once a month so people can gather stuff without destroying the main world.
The server runs weekly events like Survival Games Spleef Build Battles and more. There is a whole game district where players can build their own mini games and even casinos.

This is a vanilla Minecraft server running beta 1.7.3 and it feels super old school in a good way. The world looks and plays like classic Minecraft so it is all about simple survival and chill adventures.

This is an anarchy server called NoRulesNoBans and it is made for players who like total chaos. There are no rules and no bans so you can grief steal and kill as much as you want. The whole point is to survive in a world where nobody is safe and everything you build can be destroyed.
The server can hold up to 30 players and it is up 24 7. When I tried it the server was usually not laggy so it felt pretty smooth to play. It runs on version 1.21.10 so you can use the new stuff from that version.
If you want a place where anything goes and you are fine with losing your stuff then this server is for you. You can join alone or bring friends and try to stay alive together while everyone else is trying to kill you.
