This is a small vanilla style SMP called H1S Realm. It is a whitelisted Java server that runs on version 1.21.11 and has been online for a few months.
The world does not reset so your starter base and giant projects stay. It is semi vanilla with no teleports and no warps so it keeps the normal survival feeling. There is Simple Voice Chat so people can actually talk while playing and there are some small quality of life things like grappling hooks to move around faster.
The server is trust based so there are no land claims. Players are expected to respect each others builds. If something bad happens the owner uses CoreProtect to see what went on and roll back the damage.
Right now the community is pretty small and they want friendly active players who want to help make the server better. They are looking for people who are at least 15 years old and who can play regularly. Builders redstone farm makers and people who just like to chill are all welcome.

I found a Forge 1.20.1 SMP called Creativity SMP. It is a survival server where you can build megafarms as big as you want as long as they do not lag the server. They say the server is really strong so it can handle a lot.
People can recommend mods and also give server suggestions. The server has Create and Valkyrien Skies planes plus the Clockwork addon for Valkyrien Skies. It is also an early new server so it feels fresh.
