I found a small network with two main servers and a hub that is Adventure Time themed. The modded side is an All The Mods 10 forever world that is brand new and meant for long term play. It has voice chat and keep inventory is on for newer players. They said it can be turned off if most people want pvp.
There is also a clean vanilla survival server with voice chat. It supports Java and Bedrock crossplay. They are adding plugins and they are open to suggestions.
The hub is vanilla too and it works as a fallback server for the vanilla world. It has an Adventure Time spawn you can walk around and explore.
