PurpleSMP is a small chill survival server that is meant to feel simple but still refined. It is mainly PVE so you can build and explore without dealing with random jerks all the time. The world still has lots of land to grab and there is no world border so you can go really far and find untouched places.
It runs mcMMO so grinding skills and gathering stuff feels more fun. The economy is run by players with no server currency and no admin shops. PvP is off by default but you can toggle it if you want to fight your friends.
Your builds are protected with land claims and the server logs blocks placed and broken. Staff can check backups of inventories from joins leaves and deaths if you lose items because of rule breaking. There is also a strong anti cheat that alerts staff and can take action until someone reviews it.

The world border starts small at 500 by 500 and it grows every time a new player joins. That makes the start feel crowded and dangerous then it slowly opens up as more people show up.
It also has an origins system with lots of custom picks and the owner is still taking suggestions. The big mode is lifesteal where killing a player takes one of their hearts and gives it to you. If you die to the environment you do not lose hearts so fights matter the most.

Jobs run in the background for most things you do so you can earn experience and money without picking only a few jobs. It also has a centralized storage network where you can make a terminal and connect it to your chests for easier searching and storing.
