I found this server called Diorite SMP and it is a vanilla survival world that is all about players building nations and telling their own story. The server is public and anyone can join and try to make a town or even a huge kingdom.
The whole server is driven by the players. People can make alliances or start rivalries. You can shape the politics and the history of the world by what you build and who you team with. There is a big focus on nations economics and politics so it feels more like a living world than just another survival server.

HermitiaSMP is a small server that is inspired by Hermitcraft. It is all about building a tight community and working together with people from all over.
The server has weekly events that help new players join in fast. Some events are in game and some are based on real life or art so there is always something different going on.
There is optional proximity voice chat so you can talk to players who are close to you in game. There are event houses and community builds where you can join a house and earn points for it.

GlowySMP is a new semi vanilla whitelisted SMP that is all about chill survival and building a cool community. It supports both Java and Bedrock so you can join no matter what you play on.
The server has an in game economy and players can make their own shops and warps. You can claim your land so your builds stay safe. There are community events so people actually play together and not just alone.

This server is all about humans versus zombies pvp with a twist.
Everyone jumps in and just starts fighting. You pick a side and try to survive while the other side hunts you down. It feels really fast and crazy and there is a lot of pressure when you get low.
