Nexo SMP is a survival server that is trying to grow a fun community. It feels like a chill place where you can build grind or just hang out with other players.
It supports Java and Bedrock so you can join from PC mobile or console. People can play at their own pace and do their own thing.
The server has active staff and a fair set of rules to keep it enjoyable for everyone. There is also an active Discord with channels for the community.
FreakCraft is a survival server that is trying to be truly vanilla. It runs on the normal minecraft server jar with no plugins and no datapacks.
The spawn is simple and there is not a bunch of stuff to read. You are expected to handle your own social problems and just play how you want.
There is no tp and no sethome so travel and choices matter. Technical players and redstone people will fit in if they like the real vanilla quirks and challenges.
It stays on the latest stable vanilla jar and it is self hosted on a purpose built machine.
Realm of Thrones is a small crossplay SMP where players build kingdoms and try to become the top empire. It feels like a long running world where the map keeps evolving with the community.
You can level up your kingdom and go for power or you can stay peaceful and focus on trade and alliances. PvP and conquering are a big part of the vibe for anyone who wants fights.
There is a money and play time rank system so you can rise up over time and unlock more access and prestige. You can also set up factories using configurable tech parts and try to become a big industry player.
It has a bunch of quality of life stuff plus things to do like catching and selling legendary fish opening crates using the server shop making your own shop and taking jobs to get paid while you play. You can level up McMMO too and they just added around 25 new quests as a test with more planned later.
FolksMC is a tight knit survival server that has been running since August last year and it has a real community vibe. They even keep a history of what has happened so far so it feels like the world has stories.
It plays like a semi vanilla SMP but with factions. You can join a team make your own or just live solo as a nomad. There are wars too but the groups have to agree on the war rules before it starts so it stays fun.
There are a few helpful plugins like two set homes plus spawn. You also get gravestones so your stuff is safer after you die. There is woodcutting sit and SimpleVC for voice chat.
AvalonEarth is an Earth SMP style server with geopol vibes where players make nations and deal with diplomacy and fights. It supports Java and Bedrock so more people can play together.
The world is an Earth map at 1 to 500 scale so there is a ton of space to claim land and build. It uses Towny for towns and nations.
It feels welcoming because you get starter money and anyone can start a nation right away. There are wars and conflict if you want that but you can also stay peaceful and mostly avoid it.
Money comes from things like jobs plus farming and fishing and they said more ways are coming. The server has seasons and season two is already out with lots of new players joining.
