WobblesMC is a cozy survival SMP that feels calm and fair. It is made for long term progress so your time and your builds actually matter.
The server is semi vanilla with quality of life stuff and nothing too crazy. It has GriefPrevention claims so your builds stay safe. There is an economy where you can earn and trade and keep moving forward.
It also has Simple Voice Chat so you can talk in proximity. PvP is optional and toggleable so nobody gets forced into fights. Player shops are a thing too and the staff is friendly and active.

Lumenor SMP is a 24 7 custom vanilla survival server on 1.21.11 and it lets newer clients join too with ViaVersion support.
You can play on Java and Bedrock and even cracked clients so it is easy to hop on from anywhere.
The big thing here is the role system where you pick Passive if you want peace or PvP if you want chaos. It makes it feel like different playstyles can live on the same server.
The world has custom biomes and huge structures like ancient temples so exploring never really ends. There is also a custom Nether that is very challenging.
Trading is player driven and it is more like villager style trading not a normal economy shop. There are PvP and Passive arenas with keep inventory only in the arena so you can practice without losing your stuff. They also have custom armor trims that give small buffs and strong anti cheat to keep things fair.

EuMC is a vanilla anarchy server with a tiny community and it is made for people who want no rules at all. There is no anti cheat so it is really anything goes.
It runs on 1.12.2 but you can join on any version. The server is small with a 20 player cap for now and it might change if more people show up.
