Then there’s Larry the llama. Oh man, Larry! He has magical spit that lets you fly for 30 seconds, but watch out — you might turn into a dirt block in the process! Dirt dirt everywhere, and nobody got time for clean! 😂 Just the other day, I saw someone fly straight into a mountain and explode like it was the 4th of July! Who needs fireworks when you got Llama Larry!? 🎆

Also, let me tell you about the time we built a sky castle made of cake. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS!! But then, outta nowhere, a giant Enderman with a top hat showed up and STARTED COSTUMING US! Like, I thought I was gonna lose my diamond sword, but instead, I got a sparkly tiara! I’m now the Queen of Cake and you could be my royal subject!! 👑🍰 JUST IMAGINE THE DRAMA!!!

I heard rumors that if you join, you’ll totally become friends with a friendly ghast who can, like, totally give you free fireballs to throw at the other players. Nothing says friendship like a little explosion, right?! Bang bang, thank you, mam! 💥💌

OH, and let’s not forget about our loyal pet chickens! We train them to use tiny game controllers, and they can play with us! You think I’m joking?! THEY HAVE A HIGHER K/D RATIO THAN ME! 😂🐔 And if you find their secret lair, they might just reward you with a legendary cluck that grants you one wish! I once wished for all the diamonds, and BOOM — they vanished and reappeared in a lava pit! EPIC FAIL! 🔥💎

    The Grove is a small group server with around 20 chill people who like cozy Minecraft. They mostly build together and just hang out while they play.

    It is an 18 plus server so it is made for people who do not play every single day. The world is meant to be a forever world that everyone keeps working on over time.

    There are big community projects and lots of megabuilds happening. There is a shopping district at spawn and the server uses gravestones so dying is less annoying.

    It is lightly modded with stuff like Farmers Delight Mr Crayfish furniture Travelers Backpack and Bloomcraft with mooblooms. The community is LGBTQ friendly and expects you to be the same. It runs on 1.21.11 and started in March 2025.

    GamerHub Towny is a new Towny server that started as a streaming project and now it is trying to grow into a bigger place.

    The world has no resets and the vibe is meant to be chill. Griefing and stealing are not allowed so you can build without feeling stressed.

    It has an ingame ranking system that uses ingame money. You can use dynmap to look around and there are player warps plus player shops. The server also has a sell only server shop. Jobs and MCMMO are there too.

    Most of the time it has a few players on but it gets the most active during Twitch streams and can hit 10 or more online. It supports version 1.21.10 or similar and it also has a Bedrock port.

    One Island Hardcore Survival Social Experiment

    I found a survival server that is still being built and it is made to force people to actually meet each other. Everyone starts on the same small island so you cannot just run away and never see anyone.

    Survival is harder than normal because resources are scarce and also tied to different regions. Progress is slow and it follows a more historical path. You start with knapped stone tools then work up through copper then bronze then iron. Gold and diamonds are rare and feel like a big status thing.

    Crafting is more involved too. Leather and metals need processing. You need cords and bone needles for basic stuff. Pottery is important for progress and metal is hard to get without trading.

    This feels like a social experiment where your reputation matters. Land claims are limited and early on it can be better to live out of mobile camps and move around. People will have to choose if they want to build a civilization together or try to control everyone else.

    I found Taerel Network and it is a modded SMP that leans hard into dark fantasy. The whole vibe is about stepping through strange stone portals into new worlds that feel alien and kind of scary. There is lore around an old sealed gate and a first settlement with copper roofs and worn walls and a lake nearby.

    The server runs custom modpacks and each server can have different modded biomes so exploring is a big deal. Nights sound dangerous and it feels like the kind of place where you stick close to lantern light until you are ready.

    They say the map will not reset so your builds and progress are meant to stay. The staff is described as friendly and active and the owner is around and willing to help.

    It is whitelisted so you have to contact the owner to get in.

    I found a fresh Minecraft SMP that is trying to start strong with about 10 to 20 active players. It is survival and semi vanilla and it is meant to be long term so people can actually build a real world together.

    The server is big on community interaction and it also has competitive but fair gameplay. They run weekly events like PvP stuff challenges and mini games.

    They say there is no pay to win and they have fair rules with consistent moderation. They also have a dedicated staff team and they are looking for a few more mods or helpers. They care more about being active and mature than having lots of experience.
