Foxden is a small Java semi vanilla survival server that feels really cozy. It is made to be fun and friendly and the owner tries to be online a lot and hang out with everyone.
The server is mostly vanilla but there are a few plugins and datapacks to make things more interesting. There is Bluemap and discord integration and some extra heads and other little tweaks. A brand new map just started so everyone is still building up and it is a great time to join.
The rules are pretty simple. No griefing and no stealing. Do not mess with other peoples builds or animals unless they say it is ok. Do not use farms or villagers unless they are marked public or you have permission. PvP is only allowed in minigames or when both players agree.
Chat is meant to be calm and not toxic. No slurs or abuse and no politics or NSFW stuff. People do swear sometimes so it is not really for young kids. If you are inactive for a long time staff might take over your stuff unless you talk to them first.
To join you have to be in the discord and get whitelisted. The staff seem pretty chill and they care more about the spirit of the rules than being super strict so pranks are fine as long as you do not ruin someones hard work.

This is a cozy towny survival server where people like to build and chill and just hang out together. It feels relaxed and not sweaty so you can take your time and make a place that feels like home.
The main thing is towny so you can make your own town and protect your land. You do not have to worry as much about random grief because your stuff is claimed. People are into building and making cool bases and towns.
There is an economy with player shops and also an auction house. You can open your own little store and sell items or just walk around and buy things from other players. It makes survival feel more alive because everyone trades.

DaemoniaCraft is a new survival server that mixes semi vanilla Minecraft with an RPG style. It is inspired by Solo Leveling so the whole theme is about hunters and fighting magic beasts.
On this server you go into custom Gates to hunt special mobs and you climb a hunter ranking from E rank up to S rank. There are custom classes dungeons and more RPG style progression so you always have something to work on instead of just mining and building.
The survival world uses Towny so players can build strong cities and protect their land. You can play on a big Earth map with a 1 to 750 scale or in a custom world. A lot of the progress comes from killing magic beasts crafting or trading ranked gear and growing your town until you control your whole continent.
The server is made to feel grindy enough to be satisfying but still casual friendly so you do not have to no life every day. There is no pay to win at all so you move up by actually playing the game not by buying ranks.

This server is called Creative Central and it is built around almost ten years of lore and worldbuilding. It feels like everything is part of a big story and the whole network is still a work in progress so it keeps growing over time.
There are two main game modes. The first one is Creative Plots. Here you get a huge 512×512 plot and you can use WorldEdit for free with barely any limits. You also get headdatabase and armorstand tools so you can decorate builds and make cool details without paying extra. It is very focused on building and creativity.
The second mode is Creative Central Earth which is a Towny server on a 1 to 500 scale map of Earth. You can make towns and claim land and then use the economy system to keep your town going. You can form nations with friends or new people to control more territory. PvP exists but it is not the main focus so you can play and progress without always worrying about being killed.
The server is strictly not pay to win. There is only a sponsor rank that costs money and it just gives cosmetic perks and shows support for the server. The whole thing is part of a bigger project called Project Everything which is about shared worldbuilding and stories that all fit in the same canon.

Eclipsia SMP is a modded Minecraft server that runs on version 1.20.1 and it is now starting Season 2. The whole server is built around exploration magic and dungeons.
From what I can see this world is chill but also high stakes. People like upgrading and pushing into harder areas and fighting custom modded bosses. The magic style stuff and dungeon focus makes it feel different from normal survival.
The community is small but growing and it is LGBTQ+ friendly which is really nice. Players from Season One are coming back and new players can jump into Season Two without feeling behind.

Legends of Stonehaven is a new medieval fantasy RPG server that uses a big modpack. It is focused on combat skills magic and progression. The whole combat system is changed with custom animations and even a dodge move so fights feel way more active.
You can build up deep skill trees and pick origins so every character can feel different and strong. There are custom weapons armor trinkets bosses and divine blessings that are made to fit the gameplay of this pack. Enemies scale up as you go farther so the world gets more dangerous the more you explore.
The server has two main magic mods that give tons of utility both in fights and when you travel. The overworld the nether and the end are all overhauled with new biomes. There are hundreds of new dungeons and structures and even five new dimensions so it really feels like a big fantasy world.
There are over 200 quests you can do alone or with friends. Some quests add story and lore about the world and there is a quest shop where you can spend your coins on useful items.
