Foxden is a small semi vanilla survival server where the owner is active and the community is pretty chill. It feels like a place for people who just want to hang out and play Minecraft without too many crazy plugins.

This is a medieval fantasy RPG server that uses a big modpack and it just opened. The whole thing feels like an adventure world instead of normal Minecraft.
Combat is changed a lot with new animations and a dodge move so fights look cooler and feel more intense. There is a deep skill tree and different origins so your character actually feels unique and strong when you level up.
The server has custom weapons armor trinkets bosses and divine blessings that are balanced for this pack. Enemies get stronger the farther you explore so the world always feels dangerous and you cannot just chill in every biome.

This server is called InstaCraft and it is on Season 4. The whole world and economy just got reset so everyone starts at the same time. It feels like a classic survival world that is meant to last a long time.
It runs survival with a player run economy. People can make shops trade with each other and use an auction house. The server has quality of life stuff like teleporting back after you die multiplayer sleep and silk spawners but it still feels like normal Minecraft and not some crazy modpack.

This is a bedrock survival realm called ActionStuff Survival Realm. It is a simple place where you can just join and play.
From what I can see it is focused on survival. You join the realm and start your own adventure. There is also a discord for people who want to talk more and hang out.

This server feels like you just crashed into a broken world and now you have to figure out what happens next. It is called CollideCraft Time Zero and it is a semi vanilla SMP with some light lore and an active community.
The world has this whole rift event theme going on so it is not really a fresh start. It feels like you dropped into the middle of a story and now you have to survive it.
There are plugins that the players chose themselves so the gameplay feels more like what the community actually wants. There are factions so you can team up or go against other groups.

This is a hardcore vanilla SMP that is still pretty new and that makes it feel fresh. It runs on hardcore difficulty so every time you die it really matters.
You only get a limited number of lives before you are banned for the whole season. Each time you get banned it lasts longer until you finally get a permanent ban for that season. So you need to actually think before you jump into fights.
When you first join you get some starter tools and also invisibility and regeneration. This helps you get away from the spawn area fast and avoids spawn killing. They said spawn killing almost never happens but they still protect you just in case.
The server is up 24 7 and it is run as a free community server. There are no ranks and no pay to win stuff. It is on Minecraft version 1.21.11 and Bedrock 1.21.131 so you know exactly what to use.
Overall it feels like a fair but punishing place where every life counts and the community is focused on survival instead of buying advantages.
