    I found a geopolitical roleplay server called EarthPol that uses a 1 to 326 Earth map. Players make nations and do politics and diplomacy with other groups.

    There is a nation based on Louisiana and they are trying to grow it. They are building a New Orleans style town with ports and more builds.

    They want more players to help found new towns in Louisiana and they can fund it with gold. It sounds like a server for people who like roleplay and building and also arguing in politics.

    I found a new survival server called NightClub SMP and it is semi anarchy so the players kind of run the whole place.

    It is not super strict and it feels like a sandbox where alliances betrayals traps raids weird politics and random wars can happen if the right people show up.

    Stealing and raiding are allowed but only if the other player is online and knows it is happening. Cheating is not allowed and neither are lag machines or server breaking stuff.

    You have to join the Discord to play and the server IP gets posted there when it opens. There is also a daily playtime system and you can earn bonus time.

    Awesome SMP 2 is a fresh Lifesteal SMP where fights actually matter because you can gain hearts by eliminating other players. It is meant to feel mostly vanilla and not like some huge modpack.

    It only uses a couple mods to keep things simple. There is a voice chat mod so you can talk in proximity and that makes random encounters and fights way funnier. It also has JEI so crafting is easier to figure out.

    The server is competitive but still supposed to be fun. There are streamers and regular players so people can make content start wars build alliances or just grind and survive. The world is new so everyone starts equal and the owner says events are planned.

    LazyCraft is a chill survival SMP I found that really sticks to the no paywalls idea. It is 100 percent free to play and it tries to keep a semi vanilla survival feel while still giving you a lot of helpful commands.

    The world is made for long term play. The overworld is huge and the nether and end are claimable. There are also resettable resource worlds in every dimension so you can keep gathering stuff.

    PvP is off in the overworld unless you go to the spots where it is allowed. Phantoms are also turned off everywhere which is honestly nice.

    Building feels safe because there are strict no grief rules and you can claim land. You can fly inside your claims and start with free sethomes. You can also make towns with Lands and set up player warps.

    The economy is mostly player driven. You can sell ores to a server shop. You can trade with players and use the auction house. You can also make unlimited chest shops and there is a special world just for player shops.

    For quality of life you get things like feed repair trash and condense without needing ranks. There are craftable mob catchers plus tree feller with auto replant. You also start with player vaults.

    The community is small but active with about 10 online during the day and 10 plus regular daily players. The owner actually listens to suggestions and adds new features. It supports Java and Bedrock 1.21.11.

    Semi Anarchy Vanilla Survival No Resets

    XYZ Vanilla is a survival server that sits between vanilla and anarchy. It tries to keep the game feeling normal with only a few plugins and some gamerule changes.

    It supports both Java and Bedrock so you can join from consoles too. The server started on January 15th 2026 and it is meant to be long term with no map resets. The world border is 3 million and it can grow later.

    It runs on hard difficulty and nether roof access is enabled. Night skipping happens when 25 percent of players sleep. Your respawn is spread out more around spawn and phantoms are optional with a command toggle.

    The rules are simple no hacks or exploits no lag machines and no duping except TNT carpet and rails. Playing on the latest version is recommended to avoid issues.
