Magitech Steampunk RP In Mystodia
Spells Gears n Bells is a magitech steampunk style roleplay server with fantasy and adventure. It takes place in the land of Mystodia where you show up as a character you make and start exploring right away.
It runs with mods like Create and Iron Spells plus Incendium Stellarity and Dungeons and Taverns. There are also lots of ways to customize your look and vibe with Customizable Player Models an Origins datapack and transmog.
The map is brand new and the world border has not been expanded yet so it feels like a fresh start. The community is queer friendly and they are strict about anti bigotry. I found a brand new Java SMP running on Minecraft 1.21.11. It is meant to be small and friendly so people can just play and hang out.
It already has EssentialsX and GriefPrevention set up. That means you can get some helpful commands and also protect your stuff from griefing.

I found Control SMP and it is a 1.21.11 vanilla style SMP that is made for competition. It feels like normal Minecraft survival but it has extra stuff to make it more risky and more about getting ahead.
PvP is a big deal here and player killing is allowed. Base raiding is encouraged so you are supposed to hide your base and play smart. If you mess up you can lose everything.
The whole server is about money and being the richest player. It has a player driven economy with player shops and an auction house. There are also custom spawners to help you grind and a bounty system so you can hunt players or put a price on them.

Moonlight Meadows is a chill and relaxing SMP that is still brand new and in beta. It is open to the public and it has a small member count right now so it feels more like a tiny friend group.
The vibe is mostly just playing for fun but there is also lore if you want to join in. If you make videos or stream then you can make content here too.
The server says there is zero pay to win and no unfair advantages. Commands like tpa warp and sethome home are open to everyone.
