Eracraft is a themed SMP where players can write their own stories through time. The server progresses through different eras, each with its own theme, and players can explore, build, and interact within each era.

MCVerse feels like it is made for people who want to stick around for the long haul. The main survival world is permanent and it is meant for big projects and long breaks without coming back to a mess. It is a no reset style SMP with a long term goal.

The gameplay stays close to vanilla. There are no custom items enchants or skill systems. There is still some quality of life stuff like teleport and builder tools like armor stands mini blocks and decorative heads.

Grief protection is a big deal here and the server talks a lot about no grief. You can grind classic survival or use player markets to speed things up if you want. You can also rank up for free just by playing and perks are available without paying.

Chat is kept pretty clean with low tolerance for swearing and public chat is meant for Minecraft and gaming topics. The community is international with players from teens to older adults and events are mostly player driven with admin support.

There are multiple modes you can pick from. The permanent SMP runs on 1.21.10. There is also a hardcore vanilla server on 1.21.10 and a vanilla no grief option with smaller claims that runs 6 to 12 month worlds on 1.21.11. Creative plots are also available on 1.21.8 for experimenting and building tests.

WorldBound SMP is a serious geopolitical survival server where players make nations and fight for land. It supports both Java and Bedrock so more people can join the same world.

The map is a big Earth style world made with real satellite imagery so the mountains rivers and coastlines look way more realistic. Every continent is meant to feel like the real thing.

ArcticMC is a new survival server that mixes Towny and faction style play. You can start a town and build it up then make friends with other towns or fight over land.

PVP matters here but they try to keep it fair with an honor system. The details are explained in their rules on Discord.

It also has McMMO skills so you level up stuff like mining and combat while you play. There are custom items too and they even have furniture that is entity based so they plan a per chunk limit to help with lag.

The world uses Tectonic generation so the terrain looks more realistic with big mountains and valleys. The vibe is calm and friendly so it feels like a place to chill and explore.

MODMIX Factions is a factions server for players who like grinding and fighting and building bases with an old school feel.

Raiding is a big deal here with TNT and obsidian durability so you can defend your base but it is not meant to be unraidable. Land claims are part of the setup and it turns into real base wars.

It also has an MCMMO style skill system where you level up things like swords mining and acrobatics. You can do duels use player vaults and stack spawners.

Ranks are earned by playing using XP in game money and skills. The server supports version 1.21.8 on Java or Bedrock.

RefinedVanilla is a true vanilla anarchy server where you can do almost anything. The only real rule is no hacked clients so it stays fair in that way.

People build huge bases then other players can find them and wreck them. You can explore far out and just mess around with whatever you want.

It also runs custom software that adds multithreading so it can handle high player counts while still feeling like vanilla. Nether roof is enabled and chunkloaders work and lazy chunk cannons work too.
