This is a SevTech Ages server that is all about survival and slow progression. You start with almost nothing and you have to work your way up through the different ages step by step. It feels like every new tool and machine actually matters.

This is a new survival server that is all about building an economy over time. It still feels like normal Minecraft at the start but the main goal is money trading and progression.
The owner is trying to get 5 to 7 people online at the same time so it does not feel empty. You can join early and get a head start before the big group shows up.
The server is always open and it works on both Java and Bedrock. If you only want pure vanilla forever this might not be the best fit but if you like trading and building up an economy this server is made for that.

This is a vanilla style SMP that just reset and uses amplified terrain. Right now everyone is crammed inside a 2k by 2k world border so bases are really close. You see tiny starter bases popping up everywhere and players starting to plan shops and trades.
The community feels active and busy. People hang out in the discord and talk about deals for items and building spots. They share screenshots of the crazy amplified hills and cliffs and the chat is always moving when new people join.
The rules are pretty strict in a good way. No griefing no stealing and no unconsented PvP. No racism or hate speech and no NSFW stuff. Everyone is supposed to be mature respectful and keep things drama free. It really feels like a place where people just want to build and hang out.
To get on the server you apply first then if you get accepted you get added to the whitelist. It makes the world feel safer since not just anyone can log in. This is season 2 and they already have photos from a previous season so it seems like a long term world.

This is a pure vanilla anarchy server on Minecraft 1.21.1. It started as a world for a small group of friends and has been running for a few weeks.
The server is full anarchy except for cheating. That means you can do almost anything. You can raid bases fight people team up or betray them. There are already remnants of old builds and battles to find and explore.

Ordinary SMP is a vanilla Java world that feels like a small friendly neighborhood. It is a whitelisted SMP so people actually care about the world and want to stay.
The server runs on version 1.21.11 and stays up to date with new features. It uses grief protection tools so staff can check logs and protect builds from griefing or theft. That makes it feel safe to build big bases and crazy projects.
There is an interactive BlueMap so you can see the world from your browser and plan where to build or explore. The server also has Simple VoiceChat so people can talk while they play and AudioPlayer for custom audio which makes events and hangouts feel more alive.
