Windflow SMP is a new semi vanilla survival server that is just about to start Season 1 so it feels like getting in on the ground floor. The world is fresh and everyone is starting together which makes it way less scary to join.
From what I can see the server uses a custom coded plugin that adds a bunch of useful features. It also uses some quality of life mods like Simple Voice Chat and Easy Villagers and a few others so it feels close to normal Minecraft but smoother to play.
They also have a custom Discord bot that lets players set up and manage teams directly through the bot. So it looks like the server is built around people grouping up and working together instead of playing totally alone.
Overall it feels like a chill survival SMP with some smart extras where the staff actually put work into custom plugins and tools instead of just running a plain server.

Anarchy Network is a semi anarchy survival server that tries to feel really close to normal vanilla Minecraft. It has only a few rules and not many changes so most stuff feels like singleplayer but with other players trying to kill you.
The world is huge with a border way out there so people can spread out and build or hide. There are no map resets so anything you build or destroy is meant to stay. Griefing and PvP are fully allowed so you always have to watch your back.
There is no teleporting and no pay to win stuff. The only command they let you use that changes the game is spawn so players who go super far away can still get back to other people. The nether roof is allowed. Phantoms are turned off and only half the server has to sleep to skip the night.
They do block anything that totally breaks the game. Things like exploits lag machines duping and spam are not allowed. Also harassment and racial slurs in chat are not allowed so the chat does not get totally toxic.
The server runs all the time and you can join from lots of Java versions including the newest one. It seems like a good place if you want freedom and chaos but still want some basic limits so the server does not get ruined.

AinzCraft SMP is a survival multiplayer world for players who like adventure and building and fighting.
You can play in pure vanilla survival and build big bases and grind for resources. When you get bored you can switch to other modes like One Block and creative plots.
There is an economy so players can trade and buy stuff. Landclaim keeps your builds safe. There is also a PvP arena for intense battles if you like to fight other players.
The server is always online so you can hop on any time and play with others. The community is made for teamwork and for people who want a balanced and fun place to hang out.

Mothim SMP is a mostly vanilla Java world that already feels pretty advanced. There are farms set up and the world has been going for a while so it is not a fresh reset type of server.
The server is meant for casual or regular players who want a chill place to hang out. There is one datapack that is used for an achievement but the rest is normal Minecraft.
Griefing and stealing are not allowed so builds and items are safe. It feels like a relaxed server where people can just play survival without drama.

This is a small ATM10 server called Deegs n Eels and it feels like a huge train yard mixed with a cozy workshop. People here really like the Create mod and they use it a lot to build trains and contraptions.
The community is mostly adults and they act friendly and chill. There is no drama and it feels like a place you can stay on for a long time. Players love building wild machines that move and spin and do complicated stuff just because it looks cool.
The server is whitelist only so random troublemakers cannot just join and blow up your base. Getting on the whitelist is easy because a bot handles it. There is no pay to win and no weird pressure which makes it feel fair.
They also use Simple Voice Chat for proximity and group talking. The server supports Vivecraft so VR players can join and other people can see their movements. A lot of the fun builds and moments end up as short clips that people share.
Overall it looks like a good server if you want to build trains huge machines and creative automation with other players who like the same stuff.
