Electron SMP Season 2 is a small semi vanilla world where the whole point is to actually talk to people and play together instead of just hiding alone.
The server is whitelist only so they only let in good applications and they really like if you send a video. Spawn is built by the community and there are strict no grief rules so people can work on projects without them getting ruined.
You are supposed to build bases above ground and they use CoreProtect to watch underground spots. PvP is allowed so you can fight and steal items but you are not allowed to grief builds or kill villagers.
The gameplay is vanilla first with no kits and no special pvp zones. It is just normal survival with extra focus on talking and using voice chat or proximity chat. Mics are not required but they are definitely encouraged.
They run special Diamond SMP style events like ARG challenges where you can get limited netherite rewards a dragon egg and one unique mace each season.
The community feels active and friendly and you can bring friends to team up or create rivalries. Players also help decide how the server grows over time with their ideas.

Season 7 started on 01/09/2026 so it is a fresh seed with lots of room to explore and build. Seasons usually run about 6 to 8 months so you can actually finish mega bases farms and big ideas.
