Iperios is a survival SMP where players build nations and fight for power. You can create your own nation with your own government laws and ranks or just join a nation that already exists.
The server is focused on geopolitics and wars. There are special resource camps in the world that nations can fight for and conquer. These camps give important geopolitical resources that you use to expand your territory and grow stronger.
Iperios also has McMMO so you can level up skills and get stronger in battles. There are custom enchantments that change how gear works and make fights more interesting. There is a dynmap so you can look at the world from a website. GriefPrevention protects builds and SilkSpawner lets you move spawners.
New players first join the discord and ask for a whitelist. After you get in a staff member gives you a beginner kit and helps you start. The community feels guided and there is active support and a list of resources and buildings you can create on the discord.

This is a semi vanilla survival server where everyone plays on the same main world and tries to keep it nice. The server is all about community and a chill economy that uses diamonds.
You can claim your land with a golden shovel so your builds stay protected. There is no griefing allowed and the server is mainly PVE so you can focus on building and surviving instead of getting randomly killed.
Players can make shops and there is a shops menu that makes it really easy to buy or sell stuff. There is also a live world map you can see from your browser and there are separate resource worlds so the main world does not get ruined by mining.
You can earn ranks and rewards just by playing and voting. There are weekly events and the community feels very friendly and welcoming so it is easy to join even if you are new.
The server supports both Java and Bedrock so people on different platforms can still play together.

Ordinary SMP is a vanilla Java survival server that feels like a small chill world where people actually know each other. It is whitelisted so the community stays friendly and everyone can relax and play.
The server is always kept up to date and right now it is running Minecraft 1.21.11. It has a tight knit group of players who like to build explore and hang out together. There are lots of community projects so you do not have to play alone unless you want to.
Griefing and theft are taken seriously. The staff uses tools to track what players do so if something bad happens they can check it and protect builds. That makes the server feel safe for long term bases and big projects.
There are some cool extra features without breaking the vanilla vibe. You can use a live map to see the world. There is a custom resource pack with special cosmetics trophies and event rewards that fit a HermitCraft style theme. The server also has simple voice chat and custom audio so talking and hanging out in game is easier.
The server runs regular events like pvp fights building contests and large community builds. It feels like there is usually something going on for builders explorers and redstone players or even people who just want to vibe and watch others work.

ShovelCraft is a semi vanilla SMP where people care more about building and stories than rushing the end of the game. The server is made for long term play and the world is not planned to reset so everything you build and all the history actually matters.
The map is split into two zones. In the Green Zone around spawn you play with no pvp and no stealing or griefing. It is all about towns trading and shared lore. In the Red Zone farther out pvp is on and stealing is allowed so you can have battles and tension but still no griefing. This keeps bases and builds safe while still letting people fight for fun and story.
The End is turned off so there are no elytras or shulker farms. Everyone travels by land sea and Nether which makes roads and ships and portals really important. There is a diamond based economy and you can level up your team with diamonds to unlock perks like more warps shared storage and extra member slots.
There are seasonal competitions that give lore themed rewards like armor trims and shulker boxes. The gameplay is mostly vanilla with some simple quality of life commands like home tpa duel and shops. There are no pay to win ranks or donor perks and voice chat is optional if you want to talk while you play. The server runs on version 1.21.10 and supports both Java and Bedrock players.

Cherry Block is a small smp server that feels like a relaxed home in Minecraft. It has a really friendly and tight community and people seem to actually talk and hang out instead of just rushing everything.
The server is mostly classic survival and it keeps that old school Minecraft feeling. There are some quality of life tweaks from Vanilla Tweaks so the game is smoother but it still feels like real survival and still has challenge.
The rules are simple and strict in a good way. You have to be kind to others and treat them how you want to be treated. Griefing and stealing are not allowed so builds and bases are safe. Cheating and hacking are also not allowed so everyone plays fair.
The community has been active since 2019 so it is not some random server that will vanish right away. People like to build big projects go on adventures and just relax together. If you want a long term place to play survival and make friends this server is a good choice.
