A lot of the systems are custom coded and the server says it has no pay to win. They patch it a lot and they actually take player feedback to shape features and balance.

Land claiming looks strong with visual borders and per chunk settings plus anti grief protection. You can control mobs and TNT and fire spread and raids and even fluids. You can also publish chunks so other players can visit your builds and you can earn rewards from visitors and climb build rankings.
It has teams with invites shared utilities and team nametags. Deaths make timed graves for your items and there is a /back to help you recover after teleports. There is voting with in game rewards plus discord linking and a chat bridge plus a spawn hub with custom NPCs and utilities and anti x ray protection.

Punchwood Survival is a public SMP server for players who want a chill PvE survival place. It is on version 1.21.11 and it is brand new with an opening date of 2/9/26.
