GenisisSMP is a survival server that feels very close to singleplayer but with a bunch of other players around.
There is no tpa no home and no economy. You actually have to travel to places yourself. If you want to meet someone you walk or use the nether. If you want items you grind for them. The server does not use those usual qol plugins that make everything super easy.
The rules are simple. It is semi anarchy and the main idea is no nonsense plugins. Players can form teams make friends and plan raids. The world is meant to feel competitive but still healthy.

Garconia is a Minecraft server that is trying to be a real democratic world inside the game. The whole idea is that the players run everything and make the choices. You can try to become a big politician or a rich business owner or just build a calm home out in the countryside.
The server uses a bunch of advanced plugins to make this feel like a working society. You can start your own company hire other players keep track of items and money and open real shops. If you like politics you can join the political system and help change the laws that everyone has to follow.
The cool part is that the community actually controls how the server works. Staff are not allowed to mess with the politics so players decide what happens. You can make parties team up with people who share your ideas and try to pass laws that match what you believe.

New Dawn is a vanilla survival server that feels like those hermit style smps everyone talks about. It is in its first season so the world still feels fresh and there is lots of room for new people.
The server runs on Minecraft 1.21.11 and lets both Java and Bedrock players join. It uses a vanilla plus style which means there are only a few plugins and the game still feels like normal Minecraft with good immersion.

This is a small modded Java server that feels really relaxed and chill. It is run by a couple friends and they already have a little group of like seven or eight players who hop on regularly.
The server is not sweaty or competitive. People here care more about going on adventures together and just building cool stuff while they talk. It feels like a place to hang out and relax after school or work.
They use Discord to stay in touch but the fun part is the proximity voice chat. You can just hear people when you get close to them in game. So it feels like you randomly bump into someone while exploring or you talk while you both build something or team up for an adventure.

This server is a wild social experiment in Minecraft. The world border is 7k by 7k so space and resources are actually limited. People have to think hard about what they build and where they build it.
It uses the Create mod for industry stuff and Tough as Nails so you have thirst and temperature. That means you need real infrastructure just to stay alive. You cannot just chill and ignore the environment.
There are some strict rules that make it feel serious. No afk farms and no ender chests so every item takes real effort. Staff will not fix your problems. If someone robs you or kills you it is on you to deal with it. Players make their own courts and systems to solve fights.
The world is split into different groups right now. There is a capitalist district making civil codes and private property rules. There are socialist or communist style districts trying to share warehouses and make taxes for roads and stuff. There are also anarchists and random players waiting to see who fails so they can grab power.
The server wants players who care about politics economy and how people organize. You are not just some random player you are part of a society or maybe an enemy of it. Ages 15 plus are preferred and both premium and non premium players can join. You have to pick an ideology when you apply.
