This is a very early alpha server with a late medieval vibe and big faction warfare. It is trying to mix war with a real player economy and RPG style progression so everything connects.
You are not forced into one playstyle. You can fight for factions in PvP or you can grind progression like an MMO. You can also play more solo as a trader gatherer craftsman or contractor who sells goods and builds stuff for other players.
There are custom crops and custom furniture plus custom weapons with special effects. The mobs are stronger than vanilla and there are boss mobs that feel better with a party.
Trading is meant to be safer with a secure MMO style trade window. Players spawn and trade in a main market hub called Osthaven. You can also set up temporary wilderness camps that are protected with WorldGuard to help with travel hunting and gathering.
Since it is early alpha the server is looking for testers who will check mechanics find bugs and balance issues and give honest feedback to help shape the server.

If you like farming and cooking there are tons of mods to mess with like Farmers Delight with addons plus Croptopia plus Cooking for Blockheads and all the Lets Do mods. You can also earn in game currency by doing quests and daily rewards then open a shop or build in the shopping district.
There is a custom FTB Quests setup that helps you learn mods and get rewards. There is also a separate resource overworld dimension that resets sometimes so you can keep exploring without running out.
Magic players have options like Botania and Hexerei and Mystical Agriculture and Ars Nouveau. Animal lovers can find more creatures with Naturalist and Aquaculture and Faunify and Pollys Pets and Rats. If you care about looks there are hats and costumes and more armor and clothes.

Nytrix Labs is a survival SMP server where people just play normal Minecraft and build up over time.
Spawn is protected so you cannot break or place blocks there and you also cannot sleep in that area. They want you to move out and not build your base right next to spawn.
You get a starter kit when you first join but the kit thing can be buggy so you might have to ask for it. The staff can be in Creative mode so they can manage the server.
It runs on Purpur so you do not need mods. Java works on 1.18.2 and higher and they recommend newer versions. Bedrock can connect too but it might be a little buggy so be patient.
