This is a modded Minecraft SMP called Bo Bo Bingus and it feels like a chill rpg tech world. The owners put together their own modpack on CurseForge and it uses big mods like Biomes O Plenty Farmers Delight and Paladins and Priests.
The whole server feels like a mix of adventure and tech. You explore tons of new biomes grow cool crops and mess around with rpg style stuff. It is not just plain vanilla so you always have something new to try.
The server is whitelist only so they can keep out rude people. You ask to join and tell them your username and then you can play. That makes the community feel safer and nicer.
If you want a small modded rpg tech SMP with a more protected whitelist style this one is pretty fun.

Foggy Willows is a real vanilla survival server for players who want Minecraft with no extras at all. It runs on the normal minecraft server jar with no plugins and no datapacks.
The world has no border and it is set to hard mode. There is no teleport and no sethome so you have to travel the old way and sleep in beds if you want a spawn point. You can play how you want and build what you want.
The server does not take donations and it is self hosted on a machine that was built just for it. It always stays on the latest stable vanilla version.
There are no fancy spawn builds or walls of rules. Players are expected to handle their own social problems. Technical Minecraft players are welcome and anyone who wants a simple vanilla world with all its normal quirks and challenges can try it.

This is a semi vanilla survival server made for adults who just want to chill and play Minecraft together. The owners are a couple and they want players who are 21 or older and like every part of the game from building to exploring.
The server runs on version 1.21.11 and uses Fabric so redstone farms act like they do in singleplayer. They use a preloaded world that is 40k by 40k blocks so chunks do not lag when you explore. There is also an online map where you can see the whole loaded world.
The nether and the end are turned off for now so new players can get started first. The nether will open after Christmas. The community is LGBTQ plus friendly and they do not allow hate toward anyone.
There are helpful server side mods like homes and spawn commands grief rollback and ranks that you earn just by playing more. You can get more home set points over time and there is no pay to win. There is also simple voice chat support if you add it on your client.

CryoMC is a chill survival server that feels like a small friendly world starting fresh.
It is an SMP with an economy and it focuses a lot on the community. People are meant to build up the world together and just relax while they play. There is no griefing allowed so your builds are safe and you can actually invest time into your base.
The server uses plugins that keep the normal Minecraft feeling but make things smoother. You keep inventory when you die and there is grief prevention so no one can just break your stuff.
