This is a semi vanilla survival server where the main focus is community economy and building cool stuff together. It feels like a chill SMP where people actually talk and help each other instead of just griefing and leaving.
The server uses a diamond based economy so diamonds are super important for trading and buying things. There are player shops and a shops menu so you can browse and make your own shop really fast. It feels like a real marketplace made by actual players.

Eternal Region SMP is a survival server that feels pretty close to normal Minecraft but with some small changes to make it nicer.
The server is focused on PvE and players can only do PvP if both people agree. There are player shops and community events so it has more of a town vibe instead of just random bases everywhere.

The Anthill SMP is a vanilla style server with some nice quality of life plugins. It runs on version 1.21.11 and it focuses on normal survival gameplay.

I found this server called Anarchy Network and it is a semi anarchy Minecraft world that feels really close to vanilla. It started on October 11th 2024 and it is always online.
You can join with a lot of Java versions from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.10 and they say it works best on 1.21.10. The world border is huge at 2 million blocks so you can run super far away and still keep going.
The server has no map resets and no teleporting at all except for a simple spawn command so people very far away are not stuck alone forever. There is no pay to win stuff and griefing and PvP are totally allowed so you have to be careful who you trust.
It is mostly vanilla but they removed phantoms which is nice and they let people use the nether roof. Only half the people on the server need to sleep to skip the night so you are not stuck in the dark all the time.
Even though it is semi anarchy it still has a few rules. You cannot use exploits or lag machines or duping. You also cannot spam chat or harass people or use racial slurs. So it is chaotic but not totally toxic.
Overall it feels like a raw survival server where players control almost everything and staff only stops the really broken stuff.
