Ruby Civ is a new Minecraft server that has been up for about a week. It has a small community with around 20 active people so it feels pretty close and easy to meet everyone.
The whole idea is civ style play where you can make your own civilization or join someone else. People mostly focus on building and hanging out and keeping it chill.
The admins and the community seem really nice. There is also an anticheat that the owner is super proud of so it sounds like they take fairness seriously.
99b99t is a brand new Java anarchy server where anything goes and nobody is going to save you. It is true anarchy with no rules and no restrictions so the players make the chaos.
The world is fresh so you can be one of the first to build a base or start fights at spawn. It runs on hard difficulty so surviving and keeping your gear feels serious.
It stays online 24 7 and it supports Java versions from 1.12.2 to 1.21.11 so a lot of players can join.

Turnabout is a whitelisted 18+ Java survival server that keeps the community first. It is a semi vanilla style place where you can play Minecraft and actually get to know people while you build and explore.
The server is about two months into Season 2 so there is a newer world to jump into with other players. People are from all over the world so you can usually find someone online.
It is an LGBTQ+ friendly server with a zero tolerance rule for hate. The goal is to keep it comfortable so players can be themselves.

Durian SMP is a very new server that is only about a week old. It has a small group with around 14 consistent players and it feels pretty close and active.
It plays like a mostly vanilla survival server with a couple small tweaks. There are graves so you can get your stuff back easier and there is a shop plugin so players can trade with each other. People will help you get started but they are not just handing out max gear.
The admin uses logging with Ledger and can do rollbacks if something goes wrong. If items get taken and you can prove they existed like with screenshots or Ledger pages they can be returned.
PvP is only allowed if both players agree. Stealing and griefing can get you warned or banned depending on how bad it is. Slurs and hate are not allowed anywhere and cheating gets an instant ban. Duping is also not allowed and it is handled with a strike system.
This server is for players who are 16 or older and want a calmer place to play. Pranks are allowed but they cannot kill players or destroy builds and there is a whitelist process to join.
