Surrion Worlds Java SMP Hearts
The Surrion Worlds is a Java only SMP on 1.21.10 and it has some minor laws to keep people civil.
You need a Discord server to join because you have to drop your username in a channel to get whitelisted.
The main twist is an admin regulated advancements for hearts system. You can earn a permanent heart for every purple advancement you unlock. You have to post a screenshot of the advancement in the request channel and also show proof you were on the server when it happened.

CaveMC is a semi anarchy survival server with an enhanced vanilla feel and it is built around one big twist. The whole overworld is underground so there is no surface at all. It is just caves biomes resources and structures everywhere.
Season 2 is out and it is a fresh start with a bunch of additions. The server says survival is brutal and you have to be smart to last.
There is also a big expansion called the Wasteland Dimension. It adds new gear to fight over plus huge structures with secrets and resources. It also brings its own currency so players can trade and build a new economy.
