This is a wild survival server that has been running since 2021 and the map has never been reset. The world is over 4 and a half years old and thousands of players have joined at least once.
There are basically no rules here. Griefing is allowed. Building is allowed. Cheating is allowed. Everyone does their own thing and everything goes.
The main version is 1.21 and it also supports from 1.17 up to 1.21.10 so a lot of different clients can join.
If you like pure chaos and you do not care about safety this server fits that style for sure.

Ordinary SMP is a vanilla Java survival server that feels like a small friendly world instead of a giant random server. It is always updated to the latest version so you can play with all the new features right away.
The community is tight knit and players like to build together and work on big community projects. People are friendly and it is whitelisted so the server stays respectful and chill. It feels like a place where you can stay for a long time and actually get to know everyone.
The server uses grief protection tools to check player activity so if something gets griefed or stolen staff can look into it and keep builds safe. There is a live BlueMap so you can see the world from your browser and plan bases or explore.
There is Simple Voice Chat so players can talk in game and AudioPlayer for custom audio so it feels more immersive when you are building or exploring. The server also has dragon elytra drops so beating the dragon feels extra rewarding.
They run a custom resource pack with special cosmetics trophies and event rewards that match the HermitCraft style theme. If you have ideas for new custom items they are open to them and like to involve the community.

Foggy Willows is a server for people who actually want real vanilla Minecraft. It runs on the normal minecraft server jar and there are no plugins and no datapacks at all.
The world has no border and it is always on the latest stable vanilla version. The server is in hard mode so mobs hit harder and you really have to pay attention.
There are no commands like tp or sethome. There are no donations or store. It is just survival with what the game gives you. Technical Minecraft players can do their crazy farms and redstone here and build whatever they want.
There is not a big spawn or a bunch of signs telling you what to do. Players are expected to sort out their own problems and play how they want. If you want a true vanilla world with all the weird quirks and challenges this server feels like that.

Arctic MC is a chill survival server where people use Towny and Factions to build towns and claim land and just hang out. It feels really relaxed and cozy so you can just log in and play without a lot of stress.
The world has custom generation so the terrain has big valleys and rolling hills that are super fun to explore and pick spots for huge builds and projects. It makes the map feel different from normal survival.
There is McMMO so your skills level up while you play. You get stronger the more you do stuff so it feels like you are always progressing just by mining or fighting or building.
The server also has Slimefun with a ton of custom machines tools materials and automations. You can mess around with tech and crazy items for a long time and not really run out of things to try.
