Cubic Worlds

Founded in May 2011, Cubic Worlds is a gaming community and Minecraft server that anyone can log in to and explore as a Guest. Our aim is to create a safe and secure place for players of all ages and skill levels to enjoy building epic creations with others. We value your time and effort, and seek to reward you by providing a community that is amongst the friendliest in the Minecraftverse. We offer:

► Improved survival gameplay: We try to keep close to the traditional spirit of Minecraft survival whilst also taking advantage of plugins that provide security and additional gameplay options. Staff don’t magick items up except to refund losses from glitches or as prizes for events.

► Equality: Promotion is completely unnecessary to enjoy playing on the server. A new Member has identical building powers to a long-standing Moderator (excepting WorldEdit powers which are only used for preparing events). The only perks that promotion offers are the power to write coloured signs and the ability to place TNT, which we restrict Members from doing as an anti-grief measure. However, you are free to ask another player to help you do either of those things!

► Impartial and not for profit: While voluntary donations are always welcome and will be sincerely appreciated, Cubic Worlds is not run for profit and does not exist to make money. We do not sell in-game powers, privilege or influence in exchange for donations.

► Accountability: Our Staffers are not tyrannical beings that must be feared, and in fact they welcome constructive feedback on their actions to improve both themselves and the server as a whole. Just as players are expected to follow the server rules, so must staff members abide by a strict staff policy to ensure they do not abuse their position of trust.

► Fun! As well as hosting events including mainstream ideas like Spleef or PvP Tournaments and viciously evil Parkour Gauntlets, we also run completely custom events such as treasure hunts, Leaf Spleef, “The Many-Hued Path”, and the Emerald Jump. We try to host at least one event every weekend!

    Cave-Only Semi-Anarchy Survival Season 2

    CaveMC is a semi anarchy survival server that feels like vanilla but tougher. The wild part is the entire overworld is underground so there is no surface at all. It is just caves forever with biomes resources and structures all down there.

    Season 2 is live with a fresh start and more stuff to do. Survival is brutal and you have to be smart to make it.

    They also added a big expansion called the Wasteland Dimension. It has new gear to fight over huge mega structures with secrets and a unique currency that pushes a player driven economy. There is also a new spawn and the dimension uses custom generated terrain with special features.

    Stormy Lagoon SMP Crossplay No P2W

    Stormy Lagoon is a long term survival server with a fair feel and no pay to win stuff. It has a tight community and staff that stays active and keeps updates coming.

    It supports crossplay so Java and Bedrock players can play together. Progression is a big deal here with daily missions and quest milestones plus playtime ranks so you move up just by playing.

    The server has custom gear like levelable tools weapons and armor with abilities. There are also custom combat items like a special trident shield and spear.

    You get a player driven economy so you can trade and run shops. There is skill leveling with mcMMO and activity rewards like Pearls and Diamonds.

    There are monthly resource worlds so you can gather fresh stuff without wrecking the main world. You can also use an RTP menu to jump across five different worlds.

    Claims help stop griefing and you can toggle PvP on or off so fights are consensual. You can also set tags and join messages and make canvas art on maps with artmap.

    Chill Semi Vanilla SMP With Voice

    Lounge SMP is a semi vanilla survival server that feels like a chill place to hang out and play for a long time.

    The world does not reset so your builds can stay. The community is active and relaxed. There is an easy player economy so trading and making money is simple.

    You can use proximity voice chat while you play. PvP is optional so you can fight if you want or just do your own thing. Bedrock players can also join using the port listed on the server page.

    Apathesia Whitelist SMP Zero Paywalls

    Apathesia is a whitelisted SMP that runs on 1.21.11 and it is modded Fabric with Geyser so Java players and Bedrock and console players can all join.

    The main vibe is that it is fully against money stuff. There is no economy and no crates and no ranks and no FOMO tricks. They also say no resets so your work is not getting wiped for hype.

    The mods are server sided only so you do not need to download anything. The world gen is upgraded with Terralith Stellarity Towns and Towers and Incendium so exploring feels way less boring.

    It also has QoL commands like rtp in a 20k radius plus home tpa and spawn. There is trade and mail and chest locking. They also have small cozy extras like crouch hearts sit hat and even chess.

    They say no world border and no over moderation. Trading stalls are player run and still with no currency. All ages are welcome but you have to act mature and any hate speech harassment or cheating gets handled right away.
