This server is a mix of survival and skyblock with more modes coming soon. There will also be prison and a pvp arena so it feels like a full network.
The main thing I noticed is the player driven economy. There is a shop and you can trade and make money your own way. MCMMO is active so you can level up skills and see your growth which makes it fun to flex on people who are not as far.
You can get keys and open mystery crates. The crates give rewards like money diamonds and other stuff so it feels exciting every time you open one.
The staff on this server seem really friendly and helpful. They are there to help with problems and answer questions so the server feels pretty chill and welcoming.

I found this server called Creative Central and it feels like a big worldbuilding project that turned into a Minecraft network.
The server has two main game modes right now. One is Creative Plots where you get a huge 512×512 plot. You get free WorldEdit and they barely limit commands and blocks so you can really go crazy with building. They also give you access to a head database and armor stand tools for free so you can decorate and do detailed builds without paying.
The other mode is Creative Central Earth. It is a Towny server on a 1 to 500 scale Earth map. You can make towns to claim land and use an in game economy to keep your town going. You can also create nations with other players and expand together. PvP exists in some parts of the world but it is not the main point so it should not stop you from building or progressing.
The server is very against pay to win and microtransactions. They only have a ten dollar sponsor rank and it is just for people who want to support the server and it only gives cosmetic perks. The whole thing is part of a bigger project called Project Everything which is like a group of different stories and lore that all share the same canon.
Overall this server feels like it is built for people who love building lore and long term worlds more than just grinding gear.

Sea Pickle is a simple vanilla Minecraft server with almost no rules. There are no mods and no texture or resource packs forced on you. There is no spawn protection and no build protection. The only special thing is that players can get head drops.
The server is basically just plain Minecraft. You join and you survive and build or fight how you want. It feels like an old school world where you are on your own and have to be careful around other players.
There are still a few rules so people do not go crazy. You cannot try to get or share personal information. You cannot advertise or spam. You are not allowed to do anything illegal or share NSFW stuff. Hacking and trying to dodge punishments is not allowed either.
If you want a free feeling server with almost no limits but still basic safety rules this server fits that vibe.

This server is called CaveMC and it is on Season 2 right now. The whole overworld is underground so there is no surface at all. It is like enhanced vanilla survival with a semi anarchy style so the world feels harsh and brutal and only smart players really last long.
The caves are not normal. The world is made with custom generation by real Minecraft developers so there are tons of different underground biomes resources and structures to find. Everywhere you go you are still in caves but the caves feel huge and alive.
The server also has a brand new Wasteland Dimension opening for players. This place has special gear that you can only get there so fighting for it makes combat and survival feel way more intense. There are giant mega structures with secrets and good loot so exploring actually feels like an adventure.
The Wasteland has its own currency and its own player economy and that makes trading and planning your trips there more important. There is also a new spawn that fits the Wasteland theme and helps set the mood for the challenges.
Overall CaveMC feels like a tough underground survival server where the world is super unique and players who like danger and exploration will probably have a lot of fun.

Golden Nations is a Minecraft server where players build real nations and fight over power. It runs on version 1.21.11 and the map is a 5,000 by 5,000 world so everyone is close and has to deal with each other.
Here you create nations and lead people. You can write rules for your nation make alliances and sign treaties. Politics is a big deal and every choice can help your friends or cause a huge war.
The economy is fully player based. Players control the market and trade between each other. You can still sell food crops and ores but everything else comes from players and how each nation runs its production and trade.
War on this server is very serious. It is not just random PvP. If you die in an official war you are banned for 24 hours and your character gets fully reset. This makes every battle risky and forces leaders to think before sending soldiers to fight.
The server also has custom fishing loot. Fishing can give you rare and useful items that might change who has the upper hand between nations.
There are no elytras and no villagers. Travel is harder and borders and terrain matter again. You do not get easy gear and you have to rely on other players instead of villager trades. The server is built for players who like politics strategy and meaningful conflict instead of easy mode gameplay.
