KrustyKraft is a Minecraft Bedrock SMP community that has been around for over 9 years. It feels super active and friendly and the staff team stays involved so people can be heard.
They run things through Discord with fast support plus suggestions and yearly member surveys. New people go through a simple application so staff and recruits can get to know each other.
The server is on a Bedrock dedicated server and a realm is just used as a lobby to join it. Season 9 has been up since July 2023 and it has monthly chunk prunes plus a shopping district.

This is a hardcore survival server with lifesteal where fights actually matter. If you die you get banned for 15 minutes so every move feels risky.
There is an infuse system with unique passives. If you do not have that you can still go for altar weapons that can give you an edge in fights. Gearing up is easy so you can get back into the action fast.
You are not forced to only pvp. You can go independent and build empires or whole civilizations millions of blocks away.
