Anarchy Network Semi-Anarchy Survival
Anarchy Network is a semi anarchy Minecraft server that tries to stay as close to vanilla survival as possible. It started on October 11th 2024 and is hosted in New York City in the USA.
The server runs 24 7 and you can join with Java versions from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.11. They recommend using 1.21.10 so you do not have random issues. The world border is huge at 2 million blocks so there is tons of room to explore and hide.
The gameplay is very simple. There are no map resets and no teleport commands. There is no pay to win at all. Griefing is allowed and PvP is fully allowed too. The only special command is spawn so players who went really far away can come back to civilization. Nether roof access is allowed. Phantoms are removed. Only half the players online need to sleep to skip the night.
There are a few rules to keep things playable. Exploits are not allowed. Lag machines and duping are banned. You cannot spam chat and you cannot harass people or use racial slurs. Outside of that it is mostly up to the players and how they want to survive.

This is a survival server that feels like a big tech modpack but you do not need to install any mods. Everything is done with plugins on the server so your game runs normal but you still get deep progression.
The main feature is Slimefun with a bunch of addons. You can build crazy factories launch rockets and unlock all kinds of tech and magic. It feels like old Tekkit or FTB but it works on a normal client.
The world generation is changed a lot. Overworld nether and end all look different with volcano style areas autumn style forests and shattered style islands. There are also towers and ruins that spawn naturally so exploring actually feels cool.
There is an easy land claim system so you can protect your base and builds. The server is made to run with good performance so farms and machines can stay on without killing the server.

Atlas is a new Minecraft server set on a massive 1 to 500 scale earth map. The whole idea is about nations wars and geopolitics. It feels like you are trying to control real places instead of random chunks.
You can create a nation by claiming a real life city or town and then expanding outward. As you bring more people into your nation you can claim more chunks and slowly grab more and more land. Because the world is based on earth you want to join early before your favorite city is taken by someone else.
The server lets you declare wars on other nations. You can fight for land for loot or just for fame. You decide if you want to stay peaceful or if you want to build your name by defeating other players and other nations.
The owners say they use high end hosting so the server runs smooth and does not lag. There is a beta opening in a few days and then the full server is planned to open in about a month.
