I found Crafted Survival and it is a semi vanilla SMP that is all about community and building with an economy that uses diamonds.
It has land claiming with golden shovels so your builds stay safe. Players can run shops and there is a shops GUI so you can browse stores fast.
It supports Java and Bedrock crossplay so more people can join together. There is also a live world map you can look at in a browser and separate resource worlds so the main world does not get wrecked.
The server says it is true survival and mostly PvE. There is no griefing and no keep inventory. They also do ranks and vote rewards plus weekly events with a friendly community.
