Cozy Craving is a newer semi vanilla survival server that started in February 2024. It tries to stay close to normal Minecraft but adds a few quality of life things like renewable elytra one player sleep and simple chest shops that use diamonds as money.
The map is 14k by 14k and it will keep expanding when new updates come out and more players join. The world is meant to be long term and it will not reset so people can keep their builds and farms forever.
The community is big on building and you can find stuff like skyscrapers towns big farms and a nether roof travel hub. The server is not whitelisted and there are active players who help new people get started.
Griefing looting and hacking are not allowed. Builds and items are protected with CoreProtect so staff can track changes and undo damage. The staff team is active across time zones and they are around to help.
It is hard difficulty with no keep inventory. There are only a few teleports like spawn tpa which might be removed later and home. Staff will not undo normal deaths or mistakes.

You can play on Java from 1.7.2 to 1.21.11 but they recommend 1.21.10 to avoid problems. The server is online all the time.
There is no teleporting but you can use /spawn so players far away are not stuck forever. Nether roof is allowed. Phantoms are removed and only half the players are needed to skip the night.
