So I found this server called Avalon Earth that is all about geo politics on an earth map. It is not huge and feels kind of chill but also serious when it comes to building and borders.
Right now the cool part is that Belgium is still pretty empty. One player already started building Antwerp and wants to move into Brussels soon because another group from Germany is getting close. So there is this feeling of a little border race going on.

This is a small minecraft server called Trojan that feels like a weird little world.

This is a modded ATM8 SMP with a small but active group of players. When I joined it felt like everyone actually talks and hangs out a lot.
The server is all about building towns and shared places instead of everyone hiding in solo bases. People work on roads and infrastructure and big community builds so the world feels connected and kind of civilized.

Rattata SMP is a new survival server that tries to stay really close to pure vanilla. It was started by a group of friends and it feels like a chill world where people just want to play Minecraft together.
The server is for mature 18 plus players. Both Java and Bedrock players can join so people on different platforms can still play together. Everyone has to be whitelisted so it feels more like a close community.
The rules are super simple. Do not grief and use common sense. There are no teleports and no boosted loot or weird custom world stuff. It is just basic vanilla survival on hard difficulty.
There is a live map so you can see the world from a browser. Only 33 percent of players need to sleep to skip the night so it is easier when people are spread out.

This is a modded Minecraft roleplay server called Temporal Outcasts and it is set up so every player can write their own story. When you join you start in the Empire of Sol and from there you can decide what kind of life you want.
