Gameplay is lightly enhanced with plugins that change things in fun ways. As you travel farther from spawn, mobs become stronger with more health and damage. You can protect your land using Towny and build towns with alliances between neighbors. Progress your character with the MCMMO skills system and use chest shops to sell your items. You can also set a warp so other players can visit your builds. If you want a break from survival, you can head into the skies and play on your own Skyblock island for a different style of gameplay.

TeenCraftSMP is a server made for ages 13 to 18. It is an SMP where players can do big stuff or lowkey stuff with almost no limits.
The only real rule is no cheating. Everything else is about what the players decide to do with the world.
It has custom made plugins that give you useful commands like setting a home and going back to it. You can also teleport to friends and accept teleports. There is also a FriendGroup system that shows your group on your HUD and can make them glow if you want.
There is a custom faction system for long term play and it is being revised right now. The idea is you can make huge factions take land start wars and build alliances or just stay hidden and survive.
The server has a player run economy where people sell items for their own prices. You start with 100 coins and you can earn more when others buy your stuff. The economy is currently being fixed.

The server uses their own custom mods and content and they are trying to grow the player base.

Atropolis is a newly opened Java SMP that is whitelist only. It is aiming for a 16 plus semi vanilla community feel.
The server keeps the vanilla style but adds quality of life stuff like phantoms turned off and one person sleep. There is also a PvP toggle and some anti grief settings for certain mobs.
They have anti grief protections and rollback help if something goes wrong. Keep inventory is on in the nether and the end.
There are a few add ons like Simple Voice Chat Dynmap elytra trims a death count and player and mob head drops. Voice chat and elytra trims are optional if you want them.
