This is a community based Minecraft SMP that really focuses on players and not money. There are no paid ranks and no pay to win crates and every perk is something you earn just by playing.
The server uses a bunch of quality of life plugins to make survival feel bigger. You can level up RPG style skills like mining farming and fighting and those skills give you helpful passive abilities and stat boosts over time. There is also a rank system with different paths and the ranks even have build requirements so you always have goals and projects to work on.
Towns are a huge part of the server. Players use a land claiming system to build organized towns and districts and these towns help you reach your rank goals. There is also tons of custom furniture and cosmetics so you can decorate your house and make it look different from normal vanilla builds.
The economy is fully player driven. You set up your own shopkeeper stalls and trade with other players instead of buying from some admin shop. The server is self hosted so it is meant to be stable and last for a long time. You can join from both Java and Bedrock so it is easy to play with friends on different platforms.

There is mcMMO so grinding resources feels like progress with skills. The economy is fully player made with no shops and no currency so trading is up to the community.
