This server is called Survival Plus and it is a custom SMP for people who like progression pvp and money stuff but still want normal survival.
The enchants are super custom and have real rarity from common to legendary. They do things like slowness poison weakness wither knockback lifesteal and even turn off other enchants for a bit. So your gear build actually matters and fights have counterplay instead of who hits first.
