We’ve been in development for half a decade now, and we exited beta just yesterday. Civ+ is a server with real consequences, delivered by players with plugins which let you enforce justice and experiment with systems of governance. We’re a community server built from the ground-up around concepts such as simplicity and playability, popularizing the Civ genre, and providing a dynamic environment where history can flourish with minimal admin intervention.

News

Yesterday we launched the server, and today is scheduled to be our first Meteor. Once weekly, the server will randomly select a location for a meteor to land and the players will fight for the meteor. The innovative thing about this KOTH is the fact that many people won’t be there for the loot inside the meteor. The loot is a nice bonus, but the real reason to visit a meteor is the deadly aura that surrounds the landing site. While in the aura, any Vorpal-enchanted items you hold in your inventory will be refueled. This is the only way to refuel our custom enchantment that lets you imprison people in the end. While players are in the end, they deplete the fuel on the weapon that defeated them and if the fuel hits zero they are freed.

    Onion SMP is a smooth survival server made for fun and long term progress. It tries to keep things lag free so playing feels clean.

    The spawn looks really nice and it is built to help new players start out. You can also claim land to protect your builds so griefing is not a big worry.

    There is a green zone for safer exploring and a red zone if you want more danger. The server has useful QOL commands like home auctionhouse and duels so stuff is faster and easier.

    You can set chat and tab tags with the tags command. There is also a rankup system so you can move up as you play.

    Burned Out Try HoneyBlossom SMP

    HoneyBlossom SMP is a vanilla plus survival server that is 18 plus and made to be a forever world with no resets. It is built for people who want a nice place to play Minecraft and make real friends.

    I found that the server focuses a lot on keeping things positive. They listen to player suggestions and keep making changes so it stays fun for new people and returning players. All play styles are welcome and you do not need a huge time commitment.

    It has cross play for Java and Bedrock. It is hosted on the US east coast but people join from all over. They also switched to new high performance hardware so it runs smooth.

    There are helpful plugins like claims, teleporting to other players, multiple homes, nightvision, and a PVP toggle. It also has Simple Voice Chat.

    There is a custom resource world and a nether resource area too. They run consistent events and there are End events for new players. The server is on the Mounts of Mayhem update and they have more events planned like an Easter event plus more PVP ideas later.

    I found a Forge zombie apocalypse modpack server that is trying to build a more active group. They want players who will stick around and not quit after the first day or week.

    The pack is all about surviving with guns and dealing with zombies. It also has military vehicles plus tech stuff and Lost Cities so you can explore big ruined city areas.

    It is a medium to big pack with 373 mods so you need a decent computer. They say at least 16 GB of RAM.

    The world has not started yet and the start time is Saturday around 1 to 2 PM EST.

    Kindred Vale Season 3 Custom Gear

    Kindred Vale is running Season 3 and it looks like a survival server that loves throwing new stuff at you.

    The big thing is dynamic seasons with two dangerous realms each season. You can run into a Blood Moon and magical storms that make mobs drop enchanted items and books. There are also tornadoes that mess with the world and keep it feeling wild.

    They also added a bigger cooking system with new crops and lots of new foods. There are 5 different cooking stations so you can actually make meals like it is a whole hobby.

    Fishing got a full overhaul too. Each fish has its own look and you can try to catch them all for rare rewards.

    Right now there is a St. Patrick's Day event until March 20th. When you mine ore you can find lucky clovers pots of gold or even a leprechaun that gives 10 points toward prizes. The server is on Java version 1.21.10.
