We thought that the citybuild servers we have see every day are boring and not real cities, so we took the old citybuild concept up a level!
What we basicly did was mixing Citybuild with some basic roleplay and a more city looking map.
On this map/server we offer you:

Cozy MC is a survival world that feels really calm and slow. It is made for players who do not want rushed chaos and just want to relax.

Everyone plays in one shared survival world and it does not reset. The gameplay is vanilla style and the difficulty is set to Hard so it is still challenging.

The server lets Java and Bedrock players play together. There are no payments or donations or special perks so everyone stays equal.

There are no land claims. Instead the server uses community culture and active moderation. The staff is around and the mood feels steady and welcoming.

You can join and start exploring right away. To fully break blocks and interact you have to read the rules first so everyone starts on the same page.

If you want survival that feels like singleplayer but with kind and friendly people nearby this server really matches that feeling.

GildedAbyss is a fresh modded SMP that is all about community and how everyone interacts with the world. The server is brand new and Season 1 will start after more people join so the opening depends on how many players show up. There will be events and new stuff added before it fully opens.

The world has tons of custom biomes because it uses Biomes o Plenty and Terralith so exploring actually feels different and more fun. There are special items you can get only through certain ways so you kind of have to figure things out. There are also extra ores that give more tools and weapons so progression feels like it keeps going instead of stopping early.

One of the coolest things is Ancestral Archetypes where you pick a sub race in game and use its strengths to your advantage. The server also uses the Create mod so you can build all kinds of machines as long as they are reasonable and not insane lag monsters.

The owner really wants suggestions and plans to run a lot of events once the server begins so players can have more to do together. Whitelisting is done with a ticket system where you talk with the owner or a moderator and if they think you fit the server you get added.

Sunset Retreat SMP is a seasonal vanilla plus server that is made for players who are 18 or older. It is based in the EU and it feels like a calm place to get away from real life stress and just play Minecraft for fun.

The community is all adults and it is very chill. People are friendly and welcoming so it feels easy to join even if you do not know anyone. It is a whitelisted server so it stays pretty safe and relaxed.

The gameplay is mostly vanilla with some quality of life stuff added. There is voice chat so people can talk while playing. There are mob and player heads and there is a map you can use to see the world. Bedrock players can also join so more people can play together.

The server uses diamonds as the main currency. Players can make their own shops and trade items and services with each other. It makes the world feel more alive when you walk through a shopping area built by the community.

The owners are active and actually play on the server. They keep the server updated and they take care of it so the community can just focus on having fun and building together.

This server is called Sparked and it is a long term dedicated SMP. It is all about building and hanging out with people in a mature adult environment. The players all come from different backgrounds but they play kind of like Hermitcraft while still trying to stay original.

When you join it feels very vanilla and very simple on purpose. There are no giant walls of text and no constant pop up messages. There are no warps and no land claims and only a few quality of life changes. It really feels like you just joined a world that a friend started for fun.

The admins stay involved with the community and they work to keep the server running well. The server is trust based but there are mods in the background that can protect builds if something bad happens. The owners also try to be transparent about server costs server specs and bans.

They use some Vanilla Tweaks style datapacks like more mob heads armor stands stuff proximity voice, a map tool and player heads. The whole thing is focused on a relaxed mature social SMP where you can build and play for a long time.

This is a semi vanilla SMP called Outcrafted that is starting its Season 3. The new season starts on Friday the 16th and they want around 50 to 100 active players.

The server is survival but with a few extra features that make it feel different than normal vanilla. It has Simple Voice Chat so people can talk in game while they play together. There is a plugin called Dungeons and Taverns that adds custom structures so exploring the world feels more exciting. There are also some custom maces that change up combat and add a twist to this season.

There is no application to join which is nice. You just have to follow the rules and be respectful and then you are good to play. The server is for 16 plus only so the community is meant to be a bit more mature.

From what I can tell this server is trying to be a fun long term SMP where players can explore new structures fight with custom weapons and hang out using voice chat while a new season starts fresh.
