I found this server called United Crafters SMP and it is starting Season 7 soon. It is a survival multiplayer world for people who like to build explore and just chill.
The server is for both Java and Bedrock players and it is on version 1.21.10. It is whitelist only so you have to apply before you can join. This keeps the server safe and friendly.
The community is 14 and older so the players are more mature but still relaxed. People like to do events team projects and other community things together.

CaveMC Season 2 is a semi anarchy survival server where the entire overworld is underground. There is no surface at all. Everything is inside caves with custom world generation made by real Minecraft developers.
When you join you spawn in a huge underground world filled with different cave biomes, resources and structures. It still feels like Minecraft but it is way more intense. Survival is really brutal and only players who plan and adapt can do well.
The server has a new Wasteland Dimension that opens on November 8. This is not just another biome. It is a big new place with its own custom generated map. There are mega structures to explore and they hide strong loot and secrets.
In the Wasteland you can find brand new powerful gear that changes how you fight and survive. There is also a special currency and its own economy so players can trade and build up wealth in a different way.

Kindred Vale is a chill survival server that is all about no grief and feeling safe. I like how it is focused on people who just want to build and explore without worrying someone will ruin their stuff. It feels like a cozy place where both new and experienced players can fit in.

WhimsyWillow SMP is a small Minecraft server that feels like a chill community world. It is on Season 3 and this time the world is fully modded. All the mods were picked by the community so it feels like everyone helped shape the server.
There are over 100 biomes because of mods like Biomes O Plenty and Terratonic so exploring is a big deal here. You also find more ores so progression feels different with new tools and weapons to work toward. It makes mining and upgrading your gear a lot more fun.
